One hour has a bus moving out of the bus station of Nha Trang for this route. Thus, you need to check the time to come to the bus station for your journey.
Unless public Vietnamese holiday, you often do not need to buy tickets in advance. However, please pay attention to trick taxis from the bus station in HCM City to your hotel!

This traveling method is for tourists who like to explore the landscapes of the Southern Middle of Vietnam.
A direct transfer from Nha Trang to HCM City takes 6 hours or more, so you cannot visit anything on the way within a day. It means you will miss a chance to learn more about the local life and landscape.

3. Travel from Nha Trang to HCM by air
By air is the fastest time to travel this distance, taking only 1 hour to fly from Cam Ranh Airport in Nha Trang to Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City.
Who is suitable for this type of travel?
- When you need to travel between two of these cities as fast as you want.
- Business travel or short meetings in one of these places.

4. Travel by train to Ho Chi Minh from Nha Trang
You can find many trains from Nha Trang Station to Saigon Train Station.
The highlight is SE21, a high-quality train for better service and train conditions.
- SE21 from Nha Trang to Saigon Railway Station takes nearly 9.5 hours, starting at 18:56 and finishing at 4:20 AM.
- The cost of this train ticket is 459,000 VND per person per way.
- SE21 travels from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City and stops at Nha Trang Station. Thus, train tickets for this distance are limited.
Besides this train, you may choose another one:
- SE3 starts from Nha Trang at 21:39 to Saigon at 5:45 AM. An SE3 ticket costs 495,000 VND per guest.
- SE5 starts from Nha Trang at 20:19 to Saigon at 5:18 AM. An SE5 ticket costs 787,000 VND to 872,000 VND per person.
