1. Role of Vietnamdrive

Vietnamdrive acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with local transportation service providers, including car rental companies, drivers, transportation suppliers, and travel agencies (if applicable).

You may be an individual traveler, a group of passengers, or a representative booking on behalf of others (“You”), who contacts Vietnamdrive directly or through a third-party travel agency for transportation services in Vietnam.

All bookings made via Vietnamdrive, acting solely as a connecting platform between customers and local service providers, are subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Available Vehicles & Passenger Capacity

The maximum passenger capacity below excludes the driver and is based on standard luggage allowance.

• 4-seat car (air-conditioned): up to 3 passengers

• 7-seat car (air-conditioned): up to 4 passengers

• 16-seat vehicle (air-conditioned): up to 8 passengers

• 29-seat bus (air-conditioned): up to 16 passengers

• 45-seat bus (air-conditioned): up to 33 passengers

Passenger capacity may be reduced depending on the number, size, and type of luggage.
Customers are required to inform Vietnamdrive or our suppliers/partners in advance of any large, bulky, or excess luggage so that a suitable vehicle can be arranged and an accurate quotation provided.

3. Drivers & Driving Regulations

All drivers provided by our partner suppliers hold valid driving licenses recognized in Vietnam.

Drivers operate vehicles at safe speeds in compliance with traffic conditions, road regulations, and legal speed limits. Customers and passengers must not request or pressure drivers to violate traffic laws or safety regulations.

4. Service Rates & Inclusions

Rates displayed on the website or quoted by Vietnamdrive’s partners/suppliers for the car rental service with driver typically include: Vehicle with driver, fuel, road tolls, parking fees, and driver accommodation (if required for long-distance trips).

Unless otherwise stated, rates do not include personal expenses or services outside the agreed itinerary.

5. Reservation Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after one of our partner suppliers provides written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Standard reservations should be made at least five (5) days prior to the travel date. For bookings made within five days, customers are advised to contact Vietnamdrive directly via WhatsApp or phone to check vehicle availability.

6. Insurance & Liability

Vehicle insurance is included for car rental with driver services. Insurance coverage does not fully apply to self-drive rentals (if any).

Customers and passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle’s interior or exterior during use.

Vietnamdrive and its partners strongly recommend that customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance in their country of residence for broader coverage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vietnamdrive, its partners, suppliers, drivers, employees, and owners shall not be held liable for loss, theft of personal belongings, injuries, accidents, delays, or any consequential damages arising from transportation services or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7. Feedback & Customer Support

We value both positive and negative feedback and encourage customers to report any issues promptly so that we can address them as quickly as possible and improve service quality.

8. Returning Forgotten Luggage

Customers are responsible for checking their belongings before leaving the vehicle or hotel.

Any costs incurred for returning forgotten luggage, including delivery or additional transportation fees, shall be borne by the customer.

9. Platform Disclaimer

Vietnamdrive operates as a transportation service platform in Vietnam. We do not own vehicles or directly employ drivers. Instead, we partner with licensed transportation companies and professional drivers to facilitate reliable transport services.

Vietnamdrive does not sell or operate tours. Our role is to direct service requests to appropriate partners and assist customers in arranging car rentals, transfers, and transportation for leisure or business travel.
