Northern Vietnam Food

Best time to visit the North:

Unlike the Central region, which only has two seasons, the North of Vietnam has four distinct seasons, each with its own beauty and charm.

But if you want to enjoy the best moments fully, come in Spring (March-April), when the cold gradually subsides, giving way to warm sunlight. The trees sprout, bringing with them full vitality.

Or choose Autumn (September – November) to feel the gentleness of the land and sky, when the weather becomes cool and fresh. The highland terraced fields are covered with a shimmering golden brocade coat, which is so beautiful and heartbreaking.
