Bai Dinh Trang An 1 day tour from Hanoi

Bai Dinh Pagoda and Trang An Tourist Area are a scenic complex in Ninh Binh province. The complex consists of a system of limestone mountain ranges with millions of years of age.

Over a long time, the conditions of the transformation of the earth and the climate formed valleys, caves, lagoon lakes, submerged forest ecosystems, and other relics. All of these have become typical relics of Vietnam.

It is also a complex of pagodas known for many Asian and Vietnamese records, such as the large area of the pagoda and the big golden bronze Buddha statue.

In the morning from Ha Noi:

8:00 – 8:30 AM: You should come to the lobby to pick up to start the one-day tour to explore Bai Dinh and Trang An, Ninh Binh. We pick you up at the hotel if your hotel is located in the Old Quarter. The drive takes us around 2 hours from Hanoi to Ninh Binh.

10:30 AM: The tour guide will introduce you to Bai Dinh Pagoda, where hundreds of Buddhist statues are displayed, and you can visit the biggest statue of Buddha, made of bronze 10 meters tall.

12:30 PM: The group will take a break and have lunch at a local restaurant with local traditional food, especially goat meat dishes.

After lunch, visit Trang An:

1:30 PM: The tour will continue to Trang An. We take the boat trip along the Trang An River. It’s an excellent chance to explore the cave complex. The scenery of Trang An is a typical combination of deep rivers and mountains, incredible caves, and blue sky, which make Trang An unique.

The boat ride often takes 2 to 3 hours and is rowed by the local people.

After the boat trip, we come back to the bus to start driving back to Hanoi.

In the late afternoon, finish in Hanoi:

6:00 – 6:30 PM: We will drop you off at your hotel in the Old Quarter.
If you do not want to return to Hanoi, you can finish the trip after the boat trip. Please tell us when booking!
