Step 1: After Landing

- Proceed to the arrival hall

- Look around the arrival area, as the name sign may be temporarily obscured by crowds.
- Stand in a fixed location (for example, near a numbered column at the terminal) so the driver can easily locate you.
- Call the support number provided for guidance based on your exact location.
Step 3: Travel to Your Hotel or Destination
The driver is familiar with routes around the airport and central Ho Chi Minh City. The route will be adjusted as needed according to real-time traffic conditions.
