Laguna Lang Co golf course in Cu Du Village, Loc Vinh commune, Phu Loc district, Thua Thien Hue province, is considered one of the most beautiful golf courses in Vietnam.

Laguna Lăng Cô Golf Club is a beautiful golf course located in central Vietnam, designed by the legendary Nick Faldo, a master of golf course design. He skillfully blends the inherent beauty of this place into his designs. One of the features he brings to Laguna Lăng Cô is the rice fields located inside as part of the golf course’s landscape.
Three hectares of rice fields are located in the center of this golf course, between holes 3, 4, 13, and 15. Nick Faldo not only wanted to keep the rice landscape in his design, but he also wanted to see the rice growing.
The vitality of real rice fields on its golf course is also very meaningful to the owner of the golf course – Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts Group, showing that they always wish to preserve and develop the natural environment. Besides, they plant millions of more native trees and large areas with natural grass.
The result of growing rice is that Laguna Lăng Cô can annually harvest many tonnes of rice from two rice crops. Much of that will be used for resort needs and to fund local orphanages.

The course consists of 18 holes, the length of the ball rolling at the teeing point for professional golfers is 6,958 yards (6,362m), and amateur golfers are 5,263 yards (4,812m).
All the green covering the Laguna Lăng Cô Golf Course is indigenous. Especially Zoysia Matrella grass needs less fertilizer and chemicals, contributing to protecting the environment. This grass also helps to save a huge expense in golf course maintenance so far.
